Excellent Agent to work with
I have been working with Ashton since the summer of 2010 with the objective of obtaining a farm in the Treasure Valley area. I live in Nampa and have never owned a farm before, am 62 years old and intend to spend the remainder of my life on the farm I find, so dealing with an Agent who understood my situation and background was critical. Ashton is that Agent.
We have looked at over 2 dozen farms and ranches from Southestern Idaho to Ontario to the Western Idaho/Oregon border. Ashton has never complained about the distance, time or the number of properties we have seen without a sale. He throughly investigated all properties prior to our showing, so he could answer any questions (which were many!) on site. We did make several contingent offers and his guidence was important so I would not make a purchase I would regret.
I have complete confidence in Ashton's advice and expertise and know because of his dedication I will find my farm.
